Installed Maps Do Not Display in MapSource
Description
Map detail may not display in MapSource if the settings are incorrect.
Resolution
Select a map product to view:
- Open MapSource
- Click View
- Click Switch to Product
- Select the desired map product
The selected map product will have a check mark next to it.
Turn off Basic Map Only:
- MapSource
- Click the View menu at the top
- Ensure that Basic Map Only is unchecked
If your map detail is still not showing, ensure that the latest version of the application is installed here.
