Sending App Logs from the ShotView App to Product Support
In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the ShotView™ app to investigate an issue. When logs are requested, Product Support will send you an email.
Gathering App Logs
Open the ShotView app.
Select the profile picture in the top left of the app.
Select Send Logs.
Select the method you want to share these logs. The easiest method is likely to send them to yourself and then forward them from your email.
Once you have sent the logs to yourself, you may save them and attach them in your response to the Product Support request for logs, or you can use the Secure File Uploader. See - Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support.
