"Partially Connected" Message in the Garmin Drive App

A "Partially Connected" message may appear in the Garmin Drive™ app.  This occurs when the dash cam and phone are switching connection types and have not fully switched back to Bluetooth only.

This message is not an indication of an issue.  The Garmin Drive app and dash cam should fully reconnect within approximately 60 seconds.  The Garmin Drive app screen will return to its normal state momentarily. 

If the dash cam does not return to a normal state, turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, then turn it back on again and wait for the dash cam to reconnect. If the issue continues 60 seconds after the mobile device and dash cam reconnect, then restart your dash cam and mobile device.
