Entering Your Product in Support Center
When entering your product in Support Center, you will need to enter the model of the product or the serial number.
We see you entered a 010 part number to identify your product. The 010 number is the part number for the product, not the serial number or model name.
Try entering the full product name which includes the product series name and number (if applicable) such as nüvi® 2597LMT or Venu 2S. Start typing the model name and then select it from the drop down list that populates.
You can also enter the serial number which is a combination of 8 to 9 letters or numbers, without spaces or dashes externally printed on the device.
