PRODUCTS AFFECTED:
GSA 28 units with software versions earlier than 5.46 installed in the following systems are affected:
- GFC 500 systems installed using Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA01866WI
- G3X Touch systems installed using Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA01899WI
- G5 installed using Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA01818WI
- GI 275 installed using Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA02658SE

Recommended: Compliance with STC Service Bulletin 24009 is recommended at the next maintenance interval.
DOCUMENTATION CONSIDERATIONS:
As a result of changes related to this update, the applicable documents listed in Table 1 are required to be issued to the aircraft operator/owner before the aircraft is returned to service.

This STC Service Bulletin announces the approval of GSA 28 Software Version 5.46. This software version fixes an intermittent issue that prevents the GSA 28 Servo from engaging.
