Sending App Logs from the Garmin Alpha App to Product Support
In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the Garmin Alpha® app to investigate an issue. When logs are requested, Product Support will send you an email.
Gathering App Logs
Once you have sent the logs to yourself, you may save them and attach them in your response to the Product Support request for logs, or you can use the Secure File Uploader. See - Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support.
