Some users may occasionally experience an issue that can cause resetting of the unit, or a slight loss of time on the device. To prevent this issue from occurring we recommend that you change the batteries in your device and apply a very small amount of petroleum jelly based product, like Vaseline®, to each side of the new batteries using a cotton swab before installing them back into your device. The jelly acts as a lubricant that prevents battery wear from occurring and causing the resetting and time loss symptoms.

If this does not correct your time issue, you may need to sync your device to your computer or mobile device.
