Changing the Time on an Automotive Device

Your device will automatically change the time zone as you drive and display your ETA using the local time for your destination.

Automatic Time Mode Must be Enabled to Work Properly:

  1. Touch dezl 78x settings gear transparent v2 or overlander settings icon
  2. Touch Date & Time
  3. Touch Automatic time zone to toggle on and off
    • If the toggle switch is already green, the device is already set to change time automatically

The device will now adjust the clock automatically.

If after changing these settings, the device still doesn't change time zones automatically, make sure to download the latest Time Zone Map. This is available in the list of additional updates from Garmin Express.
