Return Instructions for the Tacx FLUX Smart Series Trainers

IMPORTANT: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) created by Garmin Product Support is required before sending a Tacx Trainer to the Garmin warehouse for exchange.

The Tacx FLUX Smart Series trainer does not require the entire trainer to be returned when needing to send the trainer back to be exchanged.

Parts Not to Return

  • Trainer Legs and hardware
    flux legs removed
  • Power cable

    Tacx NEO Power Cable

  • Front wheel block

    Tacx NEO Front Wheel Support Block

  • Remove everything listed below from the trainer axle and keep:

      • Quick-release skewer or thru-axle (depending on current axle type)

        Quick Release Skewer

      • Cassette

        Bike Cassette

      • Freehub body (Cassette body)

        Tacx Neo Freehub body

      • Block caps (130 mm NDS, 130 mm DS, 12 mm thru axle DS, 12 x 142 mm NDS, 12 x 148 mm NDS)

        type 2 block caps to be kept for exchange 

      • Axle sleeve

        Tacx NEO Axle Sleeve

Once the recommended parts are removed, your trainer should look similar to the example photo below.
