Sending App Logs From the Varia App to Garmin Product Support
In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for app logs in order to investigate an issue. For issues related to Varia™ Radar pairing to the Varia™ App, please follow the steps below:
Open the Varia app.
Access the Menu:
Android: Select

iOS: Select
.
Select Diagnostic Report.
Enter the code provided by Product Support.
Select Send Report.
If you see a pop-up indicating the feature requires you to turn on the Storage permission go ahead and select OK. You will see another pop-up where you can select Allow to enable this permission.
Observe the confirmation message: "Your diagnostic report has been submitted to your Product Support Expert!"
Select the back arrow at the top-left to return to the app Menu.
