Garmin Motorize App Overview of Search Methods

The maps loaded onto the Garmin Motorize™ app contain locations such as restaurants, hotels, auto services, and detailed street information. The Where To? menu helps you find your destination by providing several methods to browse, search, and save this information.

To Search for a Location:

NOTE: Locations can only be searched while not in motion.

1. Enter the Menu, then select Where To?

2. Select an option.

• • To quickly search all locations, select the Search Bar. 

  • To view and edit your saved locations, select Saved.

  • To view locations you have recently selected from the search results, select Recent.

  • To browse or search pre-loaded points of interest by category, such as Restaurants or Grocery Stores, select Categories.

  • To search for nearby Cities, select Cities.

  • To search by intersections of roads and streets, select Intersections.

  • To search for an address, select Address.

  • To search by entering coordinates, select Coordinates.

3. After searching for a location, select Go! to start navigation.
