Garmin Dash Cam 45, Garmin Dash Cam 55, or Garmin Dash Cam 65W Not Powering On or Stuck on Garmin Logo

If your Garmin Dash Cam is frozen on the Garmin logo or not powering on, take the device out of your vehicle and plug it into a computer with the USB cable. See the Software section under your device in Support Center if the device powers on while plugged into the computer.

Contact Product Support if the device does not power on within 10 minutes of being plugged into the computer.
