Safety Risk Profile

One of the most important pillars of Safety Management System (SMS) is identifying the risks or hazards inherent in each area of your operation. Write a brief description of your operation, then a description of the significant hazards such as flying on demand or single pilot; then describe steps taken to mitigate these hazards. Finally, make reference to the location of the mitigation, such as your manual, training program, SOPs, etc., and keep it current.
