Instructions for Connecting Garmin VIRB and VIRB Elite to a Garmin Marine Chartplotter

The VIRB® and VIRB® Elite action cameras can be connected to Garmin chartplotters with video input capabilities.  Connecting the two devices requires the VIRB's Audio-Video Cable.

Many Garmin chartplotters have either an RCA or BNC video input. The Audio-Video Cable listed above will provide RCA video output from the VIRB. Additional RCA cables and/or a converter may need to be purchased*. If you are not sure what a particular chartplotter's video capabilities are, please refer to the installation instructions for the device by clicking here. 

*Garmin does not sell/support RCA cables or video converters.
