Bluetooth Connection Problems With My Compatible Heart Rate Strap
If you recently received a software update for your Garmin HRM 200, HRM 600, HRM-Dual™, HRM-Pro™, or HRM-Pro™ Plus chest heart rate monitor (HRM) strap, or you have recently replaced the battery and you are having pairing trouble or connection issues with a third-party app, you will need to remove and add the strap back to the app you are using.
Remove the HRM from the third-party app.
Remove the HRM from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Follow the app's instructions to pair your HRM back to the app.
Following these steps should resolve most pairing or connection issues.
