Why Won't My Tacx Smart Trainer Pair With My Training Application?
The most common reason why a Tacx Smart Trainer will not pair with a training application using Bluetooth is that the trainer is already paired with another device or training application. The following Smart Trainers will indicate whether or not they are currently connected via Bluetooth:

How Can I Tell if My Trainer is Currently Connected Via Bluetooth?
NOTE: Tacx® Flow Smart Trainers do not feature a Bluetooth Status indicator.

Tacx NEO Bike Smart Trainers feature a physical display that will show a Bluetooth icon in the top left corner when connected via Bluetooth.
What if My Trainer Is Currently Paired With Another App or Device?
NOTE: If you are sharing your trainer with another user, they will need to disconnect the trainer from their device.
Tacx Smart trainers are able to pair with one device or application at a time. Your trainer is already paired with another device if the Bluetooth status indicator is on. To pair with a new device, you will need to manually disconnect the trainer from the existing pairing. If you are unable to determine or disconnect the controllable your trainer is paired with, apply a reset by leaving the trainer unplugged from its external power source for one hour. When the Bluetooth indicator is off, you are ready to pair with your desired application or device.
