ecoRoute HD Cable Not Pairing with a Garmin Device
There may be times when the ecoRoute HD cable will not pair with your device. Correcting this issue can be accomplished by following the steps below:
- Update the device using Garmin Express
- Enable the device's Bluetooth
- Attempt to pair the HD accessory to your device
- Reset both the ecoRoute HD accessory and the device if problems persist after the above steps

To Enable the Bluetooth after Updating Device Software:
- Touch Tools
- Skip this step on some devices
- Touch Settings
- Touch Bluetooth
- Touch the blue box under or next to Bluetooth
- Some devices may require you to touch the box next to Enable Bluetooth to insert a check mark.
- Touch Enabled
- Touch OK
The Bluetooth on your device is now enabled.
