Devices Compatible With the Garmin Explore Website

The Garmin Explore website has many functions and features like activating an inReach subscription plan, also setting up and syncing an inReach device.

Other Garmin devices without inReach capabilities can sync waypoints, routes, tracks, and activities to the Garmin Explore website as well. For more information, see Overview of the Garmin Explore Website.

Registering Your Compatible Device

The Garmin device must be activated or registered in order to gain access to the Garmin Explore website.

For devices with inReach capabilities (SOS, messaging, etc.), these are registered when added to a new or existing Garmin Explore account.

For devices without inReach capabilities, you can register with the Garmin Connect app (for smartphones and tablets) or Garmin Express (for computers).
