How to Delete a User Waypoint on an Aera 5XX

If it is necessary to delete a saved user waypoint on your aera® portable GPS that is no longer in use:

1. Go to Main Menu.
2. Touch Tools.
   
3. Select User WPT.
   
4. Select the appropriate user waypoint you want to delete. 
   
5. Once selected, a box will appear with several options, touch Delete Waypoint.
   
6. An additional box will appear to confirm whether you wish to delete that specific waypoint, select Yes
   

The user waypoint will now fall off of the list of saved user waypoints in the Aera.
