Connect IQ Store Third-Party Payment Fees
Some third-party developers may charge a fee to unlock all the features of an app. These apps will either have a "Payment" or "Payment Required" notation on the app's home page.
Payments related to these type of apps will be processed using a third-party payment service chosen by the app developer. Garmin does not review or manage these app payment services. Garmin does not receive Connect IQ app customer payments for these type of purchases and we cannot issue a refund. For more information, contact the app developer.
How to Contact a Connect IQ App Developer
Open the Connect IQ™ Store app.
Select Device.
If you need to change devices, select
(top right) and select the correct Garmin device.
Select the field that applies to the installed app.
Locate and select the correct app.
Scroll down and select Contact Developer.
Type in your comments.
Select Send.
