Traffic Service Differences for North American Automotive Devices

Garmin offers the following types of traffic services in North America: Garmin Traffic, HD Digital Traffic, and Live Traffic using either the Smartphone Link App, dēzl™ app or Garmin Drive™ app.  All traffic services receive traffic data from HERETM.

NOTE: Not all Garmin automotive products are compatible with traffic. Check the material that came with your device or the device's owner's manual for traffic compatibility.

Live Traffic service provided by the dēzl app, Garmin Drive app and Smartphone Link app will override traffic provided by a Garmin Traffic or HD Digital Traffic cable/mount.
