Changing Map Unit Settings and Position Format in Garmin Messenger App

The Garmin Messenger™ app offers multiple unit and position format settings that can be customized to meet different needs. You can find the available options and how to change them below.

Changing Map Unit Settings in Garmin Messenger App

  1. Open the Garmin Messenger app.

  2. Tap the profile icon or Gear Symbol in the top left.

  3. Select Units.

  4. Select a category, then select a setting.

The setting should be saved and return to the previous screen.
