Adjusting dēzl Premium Trucking Headsets Volume and Media

You can use the rocker on the dēzl™ Headset 100 and dēzl™ Headset 200 Premium Trucking Headsets to control the headset volume and music playback. 

Controlling Media: 

  • To increase or decrease the media volume, move the rocker up or down.

  • To play the next audio track, hold the rocker up.

  • To play the previous audio track, hold the rocker down.

  • To play, pause, or resume audio playback, press the rocker.

The dēzl Headset 100 and dēzl Headset 200 Premium Trucking Headsets can be used with your compatible device if they are both connected to the dēzl™ app. This allows navigation prompts and voice activated navigation to blend into the headset audio stream.

The dēzl app is required to update the headset and adjust some settings.

  • This is the only method supported for using the dēzl Headset with the dēzl™ LGV500, dēzl™ OTR500, dēzl™ LGV610, dēzl™ OTR610, dēzl™ LGV700, dēzl™ OTR700, dēzl™ LGV710, and dēzl™ OTR710 GPS navigators.
  • This method is recommended for using the dēzl™ Headset with the dēzl™ LGV800, dēzl™ OTR800, dēzl™ LGV810, dēzl™ OTR810, dēzl™ LGV1000, dēzl™ OTR1000, dēzl™ LGV1010, and dēzl™ OTR1010 GPS navigators.

Navigation Audio Handling:

  • During an active call with a compatible device connected, the navigation prompts are disabled and will not interrupt the call.
  • When streaming media audio from the phone with a connected compatible device, the streaming audio volume will lower slightly and the navigation prompt will be spoken.
