Garmin Aviation Product Support Hours of Operation

The Garmin aviation product support team for the Americas is available from 7am until 7pm Central time Monday through Friday.  Most calls are received between 10am and 4pm. Call earlier or later to avoid high wait times. Calling during a period of high call volume may provide the option to receive an automated return call when the next team member becomes available. Automated return calls are available on a first come first serve basis and the system works to ensure that return calls are disabled when the agent availability limit is reached. This prevents us from scheduling more return calls than we have agents to handle. Chat and email is the only support offered during the weekends.


Garmin experiences high call volumes every month during the week that newly released database cycles go into effect. Calls during database update week should be made earlier in the morning, later in the evening, or take advantage of the call-back feature if available, this will get calls through to our pilots with the least amount of time and effort.
