HRM-Pro/Pro Plus Running Pace and Distance Troubleshooting Tips

If you are not getting running pace and distance from your HRM-Pro™ or HRM-Pro™ Plus monitor, we recommend the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Ensure the strap is running 8.80 software version or higher. For instructions see: 

  • Ensure you are using a compatible watch. For a list see:  Using the HRM-Pro/Pro Plus Running Pace and Distance Feature

  • Disable or Remove previous paired foot pods from your Sensors & Accessories list on the watch.

  • Ensure the strap is the source of HRM Pace & Distance on your watch.

    • Check: Menu > Sensors & Accessories > HRM-Pro or Pro-Plus > HRM Pace & Distance 

  • Your HRM strap must be connected to the watch for the entirety of the activity over ANT+ and not BLE.

    • Check: Menu > Sensors & Accessories > HRM- Pro or HRM-Pro Plus > Connection Type > ANT+
