Adding and Using the Sleep Widget

The Sleep widget, found on compatible watches, will give you an at-a-glance timeline of your total sleep time, and sleep phases. When opening the widget you will see your bed and awakes times, along with a more detailed graph of your sleep phases.

Adding the Sleep Widget

  1. Hold Menu to enter the main menu
  2. Select Widgets
  3. Select Edit
  4. Select +Add
  5. Select Sleep

The Sleep widget is now in your widget loop.


1 The Sleep widget was added to the fenix 6 series, tactix Delta series and MARQ Collection with the release of software version 10.00, and to the Descent Mk2 series with the release of software version 8.00.

 2 On the Venu 2 series, it is not a widget, but rather a glance.
