Checking the Status of a Garmin Golf Membership
Your Garmin Golf Membership status and renewal date information is shown in different locations depending on how the subscription was purchased.
Membership Purchased Through the Garmin Website
After purchasing the Garmin Golf Membership on the Garmin® website, there is an option to enable automatic annual renewal. If you need to update your payment information or cancel automatic renewal, visit garmin.com/subscriptions and sign in to your Garmin account.
Membership Purchased Through the Garmin Golf App
If you purchased your membership through the Garmin Golf app on your phone, the status and renewal date information appears in your phone's app store.
Apple® (iOS)
Open the Garmin Golf app.
Select Profile.
Select your name.
Select Garmin Golf Membership.
This will take you to your App Store subscriptions.
Transferring the Garmin Golf Membership to a New Phone
Being able to transfer the Garmin Golf Membership to a new phone depends on how the subscription was purchased.
Transferring Membership Purchased Through the Garmin Website
The Garmin Golf app on the new phone needs to be signed into the same Garmin account in which the subscription was purchased for the subscription to automatically activate. Transferring the subscription between an iPhone or Android phone can be done.
Transferring Membership Purchased Through the Garmin Golf App
As long as you are using the same Android or Apple account on your new phone, subscriptions will transfer automatically during setup of your new phone. Purchases can also be restored through the application store for your phone if they did not transfer during initial setup. The subscription cannot be transferred between an iPhone and Android phone.
