The Time on My vivomove HR Is Wrong

vivomove HR receives the time that it displays from either the Garmin Connect app on a smartphone or from Garmin Express on a personal computer.

If the time on your watch is not correct after you have completed a sync with either of these programs, this would indicate that the time setting on the device is set to Manual instead of Auto. To correct this issue, take the following steps:

I've sync'd my device and my time is still wrong

Make sure that the Time Source setting on your watch is set to Auto:

  1. Wake up the display on the watch and swipe the touchscreen

  2. Hold the touchscreen to view the menu

  3. Select

  4. Select

  5. Select Set Time

  6. Select Auto

If the time was set to Manual perform another sync. This should correct the time on your device.

The watch hands on my vivomove HR are off

The analog watch hands on your vivomove HR can drift up to a few minutes over a month's time period.  You can adjust the hands to match the digital time on the watch by following these instructions: Adjusting the Watch Hands on a vivomove HR
