Servicing Tacx NEO Motion Plates

Tacx® NEO Motion Plates can be serviced to replace parts such as bearings and plates. This FAQ will cover the available service parts and a video demonstrating how to service the plates. You will need to contact Product Support to obtain the Tacx parts listed below.

NOTICE: Certain Tacx® products, such as Tacx NEO Motion Plates contain strong magnets. Under certain circumstances, magnets may cause interference with medical devices, such as pacemakers and insulin pumps. Keep products containing magnets away from such medical devices.
