Troubleshooting the Handlebar Controller
Ensure the Handlebar Controller is connected properly. See Connecting the Handlebar Controller to a Compatible Automotive Device.
If the Handlebar Controller is nonresponsive (button presses are not activating features on the compatible GPS unit), perform a software update on the GPS navigator being used with the accessory.
