"Report Failed to Send" Message in Garmin Express
Garmin Express™ software logs and device information may be requested by Product Support during troubleshooting. Garmin Express gathers these files and compresses them into a zipped folder to submit through the application. If the compressed folder is too large, the message "Report Failed to Send" will be given.
A compressed folder will be saved on the desktop of the computer. This folder can be uploaded using our Secure File Upload page to continue troubleshooting. If a link has not been provided by Product Support, the following link can be used: Secure File Upload.
