Troubleshooting Garmin Drive App Traffic on Automotive Devices
Your device is compatible with using Garmin Drive App Traffic for Android or iPhone. See Garmin Drive App Compatibility and Availability for more information.
There are a number of troubleshooting steps if you are not receiving traffic information.
NOTE: If your device is no longer receiving traffic after updating the maps, follow the steps in Reinstall or Change Map on an Automotive Device AND install both the CN North America NT ALL US and CN North America NT ALL Canada & Mexico.
