Can I Use My Tacx Smart Trainer in a Different Country?

The power adapter for Tacx Smart Trainers features an input range of 100-240 Volts. This means your Tacx Smart Trainer can be plugged in and used just about anywhere in the world.

NOTE: You will need to purchase the appropriate C5 or C7 power cable for the country you visit. Alternatively, you can purchase a third party power adapter for traveling.

The C7 cable plugs into the power adapter brick included with your Tacx trainer and then into a power outlet. Depending on which country the trainer was purchased in, the included C7 cable will have a different plug style.

This C7 power cable pictured above is included with Tacx trainers purchased in North America.

For the Tacx® NEO 3M Smart Trainer, the C5 cable plugs directly into the trainer and the wall. Depending on which country the trainer was purchased in, the included C5 cable will have a different plug style.
