Replacing or Repairing a Broken Dog Collar
If your dog tracking or training collar is broken, you will need to submit a request for a repair to have it replaced.
Start the process by visiting our Repair Center, then follow the steps below:
- Select the Enter option
- Input the serial number from your device and click Continue. For help finding the serial number click

- Select your device
- Confirm your device is listed correctly
- Select the options that best describe the issue you are experiencing, then click Continue
- Click Yes
- Input your shipping address information and click Submit
Upon submitting your information, you will soon receive an email confirmation containing additional instructions. Do not include any accessories when you send us your device, as they will not be returned.
Once we receive your device, you will receive a repaired or replacement device in approximately 10-14 business days. All repairs and replacements provide a 90-day warranty unless the one-year warranty of your original device remains valid beyond 90 days.
If you do not receive an email within 2-3 business days, please return to the Support Center and identify your product by entering the name or serial number into the search box, look for the blue Contact an Expert section at the bottom of the screen, and select Chat, Call or Email to contact us through whichever channel works best for you.

The serial number of the dog collars is typically found underneath the collar strap at the bottom of the main housing.
