Amazon Alexa Does Not Play Media Stored on the Phone When Using a Garmin Speak or Garmin Speak Plus

La configuration d'Amazon Alexa nécessite la connexion à un compte Amazon américain ou canadien uniquement. Si votre appareil Garmin Speak ou Garmin Speak Plus est connecté à un compte Amazon basé en dehors des Etats-Unis ou du Canada, il ne fournira aucune instruction de navigation.
Lorsqu’il est utilisé en français, les fonctionnalités Amazon Alexa et commande vocale ne sont pas disponibles sur le DriveSmart 65 avec Amazon Alexa.

Important : L’application Garmin Speak ne peut plus être installée, et a été remplacée par l’application Garmin Drive. Veuillez visiter l'App Store (iOS) ou le Google Play Store (Android) pour télécharger l'application Garmin Drive.

The Garmin Drive app does not have the ability to access downloaded files or any other media files saved to the phone or an SD card.

Garmin Speak and Garmin Speak Plus can stream media from any of the options outlined in the Alexa companion app, other than Spotify. It will always stream these media files from the internet.

Third-party apps (Google Play, iTunes, Spotify, etc.) can be used in unison with Garmin Speak and Garmin Speak Plus and will accordingly adjust volume for navigation prompts.
