Alexa, Garmin Speak, or Garmin Speak Plus Not Responding to Commands

Remarque : Alexa n'est actuellement pas disponible dans toutes les langues et tous les pays. Alexa ne prend en charge que les langues suivantes : anglais américain (États-Unis), anglais (Canada), anglais (Royaume-Uni) et l'allemand.
La configuration d'Amazon Alexa nécessite la connexion à un compte Amazon américain ou canadien uniquement. Si votre appareil Garmin Speak ou Garmin Speak Plus est connecté à un compte Amazon basé en dehors des Etats-Unis ou du Canada, il ne fournira aucune instruction de navigation.
Lorsqu’il est utilisé en français, les fonctionnalités Amazon Alexa et commande vocale ne sont pas disponibles sur le DriveSmart 65 avec Amazon Alexa.

Important : L’application Garmin Speak ne peut plus être installée, et a été remplacée par l’application Garmin Drive. Veuillez visiter l'App Store (iOS) ou le Google Play Store (Android) pour télécharger l'application Garmin Drive.

The Garmin Speak or Garmin Speak Plus device may display an error icon when experiencing connectivity issues with your mobile device or with the Garmin Drive app. For more information on these error icons and steps to resolve them, refer to the Error Symbols.

On the Garmin Drive app, the wake-up word is set to ‘Alexa’. This wake-up word cannot be changed.

If Alexa fails to respond to the wake-up word on the Garmin Speak device, press the  action button to activate Alexa manually. If Alexa still does not respond, ensure that the Garmin Speak device is receiving power from your vehicle, then disconnect and reconnect the cable.
