Downloaded Connect IQ Content Will Not Install to a Garmin Device

If you have downloaded content from the Connect IQ™ Store and it will not install, the content may need an update. This will cause your downloaded Connect IQ (CIQ) content to show as Queued instead of Installed. See steps below to resolve:

  1. Open the Garmin Connect IQ Store app.

  2. Select My Device.

  3. Select Updates.

  4. If you see an update in progress, wait for it to finish, then sync your device with the Garmin Connect™ app or Garmin Express™ program.
