Why are my Jeppesen databases not showing after my account has been linked to flyGarmin?
There could be a few reasons why you are not able to see any data available after you've successfully linked your Jeppesen account to flyGarmin. Here are some reasons why this may be:
Ensure that the aircraft's tail number shows exactly on flyGarmin as it does on your Jeppesen account. Be sure to not include special characters or spaces while adding the device to fly.Garmin
Check to see that the correct device is listed on both accounts. For example: If you have a G1000 NXi, be sure that the G1000 Nxi was selected on both accounts, and not just the G1000 instead.
Check that the System ID matches on both accounts
