Track My Package

You can track your package using the link in your order shipment email. If you don’t have this, check your spam folders to ensure it did not get marked as junk.

If you know your order number, you can also check the status and get tracking details on the Garmin web site.

  1. Go to US Order Status 
  2. Enter your order number
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Click on Continue to view your results

Please note, some ground shipments may have a period where tracking details are not updated. Please be patient and allow up to 10 business days for delivery.   If your tracking information does not show any progress, please Contact Product Support 

If your order could not be delivered, it will be returned to Garmin and a refund will be issued.
