Error Installing Update when Updating a Honda Navigation System with Garmin Express

If you receive the message "There was an error installing the update" in Garmin Express when downloading a Honda navigation map update and your system has been replaced by the dealership, contact Product Support.  

If you receive this error message and the system has not been exchanged by the dealership, follow Garmin Express not Working for Updates and Downloads.
