Viewing Endurance Score on My Garmin Watch

Endurance Score combines aerobic performance capacity with fatigue resistance concepts to reveal your personal ability to sustain performance over time. Your endurance score is a dynamic number that increases and decreases to reflect changes in your endurance. Higher scores reflect more capacity for longer performances. Both long and short term training perspectives are factored into your endurance score calculation to reliably reflect your current situation. Additional insight from running speed and cycling with power will strengthen the analysis when available. For additional information about endurance score and how it is calculated, see our Running Science page.

To see if your watch supports endurance score and get instructions for how to add the glance to your glance loop, see your owner's manual.
