With a compatible Garmin device, use your smartphone to view real-time data and videos for your indoor workouts when paired with your compatible smartwatch. You can even edit reps and weight throughout your workout and stop/resume from your Garmin Connect™ app on your phone.

How Do I Start a Live Activity?

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app. 

  2. Start the activity on your watch. 

  3. Select the Live Activity on your phone. 

Depending on the activity you are completing, the options within Live Activity on your phone can vary. For example, you may see options to stop the activity or mark a lap. 

What Happens to My Data if I Cancel My Subscription?

Access to Live Activity is no longer available after the subscription expires.
