Viewing Heart Rate Data on a vivosmart HR/HR+

The vivosmart HR/HR+ have the ability to display the last 4 hours of heart rate data graphically, along with what your resting and max heart rate were for those last 4 hours.

View Heart Rate Data on vivosmart HR/HR+

• Swipe the screen to view the Heart Rate Widget.

• Tap on the Heart Rate Widget to get a detailed view of your heart rate.

• View the last 4 hours information.

• Tap the screen once more to return to the widget loop.
