How to Allow Full Disk Access for the Garmin Aviation Database Manager Working With MAC Ventura

To allow the Garmin Aviation Database Manager (GADM) to function correctly on macOS Ventura or later, it requires full-disk-access permission.

Follow the Steps below to Grant the Garmin Aviation Database Manager this Permission:

On launch, the Garmin Aviation Database Manager will open the Outstanding Permission Requests dialog.
Select the Resolve button for full-disk-access permission to open the corresponding System Settings dialog.
If the Garmin Aviation Database Manager is not listed in the dialog, select the + button at the bottom left and navigate to find the Garmin Aviation Database Manager in the Applications folder.
Once the Garmin Aviation Database Manager is added to the list, ensure it is toggled ON for full-disk-access permission.
The Garmin Aviation Database Manager should now be fully functional.
