Benefit of Uploading Sonar for Garmin Users

SonarChart™ is Navionics'® HD mapping layer, which is available as the Fishing chart layer in Garmin Navionics+™ and Garmin Navionics Vision+™ products. The layer is great for locating fishing areas and revealing more bottom contour detail. It reflects ever-changing conditions by integrating sonar logs from the Navionics and Garmin communities with existing data.

Garmin users can record and upload depth information created with the Quickdraw™ Contours feature to enahnce the Fishing layer.

Newly integrated data is available through daily updates with an active subscription for marine chart updates to Garmin Navionics+ and Garmin Navionics Vision+ products through the Garmin Express™ software or the ActiveCaptain® marine app.
