Steps to Edit 'Connections' in Garmin Connect

Garmin Connect allows you to share your activities and compete in online challenges with other users by managing Connections.

To add an individual to Connections using Garmin Connect Web:

1. Sign into Garmin Connect

2. Select Connections from the navigation bar on the left

3. Select 

4. Input the Connect user's full name or username (case sensitive) in the search bar

5. Select Connect next to desired username

6. User will receive an add request and it should now have "Pending" next to their name

To remove an individual from Connections using Garmin Connect Web:

1. Sign into Garmin Connect

2. Select Connections from the navigation bar on the left

3. Select Connected next to the name of the connection you wish to remove

4. Select Disconnect

The connection has now been added or removed from Garmin Connect.
