Hiding or Showing the Trip Log on a nüvi® 295W

Many of Garmin's automotive devices will record a Trip Log (tracks) that can be displayed on the map screen. The Trip Log is essentially an "electronic breadcrumb" trail that shows you where you've been whenever the device is turned on and has acquired satellites.

To hide or show the Trip Log:

1. Touch Settings
2. Touch Navigation
3. Touch Automobile
4. Touch the gray box under the Trip Log heading
5. Touch Hide or Show
6. Touch OK to save the change

Repeat steps as needed.
