PS22 Orientation

The Panoptix™ PS22-TR transducer provides either LiveVü™ Down sonar or LiveVü™ Forward sonar. The transducer physically rotates to provide either a down image or a forward image. With correct settings, the chartplotter and transducer automatically set the orientation mode.

• Auto Stabilization found under the sonar menu needs to be turned ON

• Orientation found under the sonar menu should be set to Auto

• Transducer when in water uses the Auto Stabilization feature to detect orientation

• A digital depth lock is acquired*

After the Auto Stablization feature is turned on and once the digital depth are acquired, the chartplotter sets the orientation to the proper mode.
