Using the Keyboard on the Venu 3 or Venu 3S

When your Venu® 3 or Venu® 3S watch is paired with the Garmin Connect™ app on an Android phone you will be able to use a keyboard to reply with custom messages to incoming texts. The keyboard will have the three following pages:

T9 Keyboard

Used to write out custom responses. Each box has two or three letters that you will cycle through when rapidly tapping the box. A pause between tapping will allow the start of a new character. The arrow at the bottom will capitalize the next typed character. The gap at the bottom is for a space.

Number Pad

A standard number pad with the 10 numerical characters.

Symbols Keyboard

A keyboard with special characters and symbols. As with the T9 keyboard you will rapidly tap a box to move to one of the three characters. A pause in tapping will allow a new character.
