You do not need to file with FltPlan®.com Flight planning services to utilize the datalink program. However, you will still need to create the flight plan on FltPlan.com to obtain the recall number. Once the flight plan is created, you can find the recall number in the top left of the NavLog. This is the number you will be entering in your Flight Management System (FMS).
